ShuleSoft is a comprehensive school management platform designed for schools worldwide. It digitizes administration, academics, attendance, fee collection, parent communication, and more — all in one system.
How long is the free trial and what does it include?+
Your free trial lasts 30 days from OTP verification. You get full access to ALL features — no restrictions, no credit card required. After 30 days, choose a plan that fits your school size.
Why do I need to submit school documents?+
To protect schools from fraudulent accounts, we verify that applicants represent real, registered educational institutions. Our AI checks document authenticity. If you upload clear, official documents, the process takes just minutes.
What if my documents fail AI verification?+
If our AI cannot verify a document, you will be prompted to re-upload a clearer version. Make sure to upload high-quality scans or clear photos of official documents. PDFs may be queued for manual review by our team (usually within 1 business day).
Why must I provide a WhatsApp number?+
WhatsApp is our primary channel for OTP delivery, onboarding guidance, and support. Your OTP verification code will be sent directly to your WhatsApp. Please ensure the number has an active WhatsApp account.
What is a "subdomain" and why does it matter?+
Your subdomain is your school's unique web address. For example, "greenvalley" becomes greenvalley.shulesoft.africa. It is auto-generated from your school name but you can customize it. Choose carefully as it cannot be easily changed later.
Is my school's data safe and secure?+
Yes. Each school gets its own isolated database — your data is completely separate from other schools. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Can I use ShuleSoft in any country?+
Yes! ShuleSoft supports schools from any country with multiple language and currency support. The platform is flexible enough to accommodate different national education systems and grading structures.
What happens after the free trial ends?+
Before your trial ends, our team will contact you with pricing options. Plans are based on the number of students. If you choose not to subscribe, your data is safely stored for 90 days. We never delete data without notice.
